I have a comprehensive background and over 12 years experience in the property industry and have offered my full support to hundreds of customers in this time, whether this is through selling, letting or even just my good honest advice. Being from the local area has really helped with my understanding of the local property market and what is on offer for anyone looking to move or relocate here.
My roots are in South Kirkby and South Elmsall, being born and bred there as well as attending school and college in Featherstone. I got my first passion for customer service working alongside my relatives as part of a family business in hospitality, following this I began working at a small independent estate agents in South Elmsall.
I have a first class degree in mathematics, which always comes in handy when crunching the numbers and getting my customers the best price. Upon completing my degree at Sheffield Hallam University, I began working for a well respected corporate estate agent, starting as a sales negotiator. Through my determination to succeed and assertiveness, I quickly moved up the ladder and managed several branches for them and then onto Senior Branch Manager at their Pontefract Branch.
Since 2018 I have been working as a Local Property Expert for an online estate agent where I always delivered a service I am proud of and what I will continue to deliver in my new business.
I now live in Ackworth with my family and two dogs after finding our forever home within the local community which I grew up in. The Pontefract and surrounding areas are great places to live and work, no matter your background or lifestyle, there really is something for everyone – don’t be afraid to ask me about where to eat, drink, shop, local schools, car boots or even the best places to walk your dogs. I know this area inside and out, the chances are that I have already sold a property in your neighbourhood!
When I’m not making your home ownership dreams come true, I am usually spending good quality time with my family, planning a getaway, travelling to and from our caravan, watching Disney films or enjoying long walks with our two flat coated retrievers.
