If you're selling your property Ruth is definitely the best estate agent you will find. She is always available no matter what day or time, she goes way above and beyond to make the selling experience easier and stress free. We decided at the last minute to put our property on the market the day before we flew on holiday after initially saying we would wait till we got back. Ruth came on Sunday to take pics, it was online by Monday morning and sold before we flew home. She even kept our plants watered to keep them looking nice for viewings. Ruth was so proactive. She came and valued the property on a Tuesday, came and did photos on Thursday and it was an right move on Friday night.
Ruth was on holiday the week after she had valued the property but she still arranged two viewings.
The week after that we were on holiday but we had 4 viewings the first day we were back from holiday.
